NEWS - PROMIC forms and doctor-signed participation letters
- Details
- Category: News
Unfortunately, we have ceased to administer the exceedingly popular PROMIC Exemption forms. Neither of our doctors is able to sign them anymore and we have been completely overwhelmed at our end and need to focus on the study and more international solutions. The forms are still available to download from www.promic.info and also include a new Statutory Declaration.
The good news is that we have replaced the Employer letters that you had to request by email, with letters confirming participation, co-signed by Dr Jon Rogers. These are available to download from the RESOURCES section for you and any of your dependents, in a choice of languages*.
* If you are able to translate this letter into a language that we don't yet have listed, please do let us know.

All Associate subscriptions with PayPal will cease automatically at their next renewal date and you will find the subscription status on your profile page shows the status of cancelled and includes the Expiry Date. You will have the option to renew in your PROFILE with Stripe, which has a far simpler interface. You can renew before your subscription expires if you wish, however your new subscription will commence immediately, even if your Paypal one ends later than that date. We have also now added the option to renew annually if preferred, or you can stick with the quarterly subscription option.
Thank you for your continued support of this project.
NEWS - Goodbye PayPal

Well the day has come for our migration from PayPal to Stripe, a process which has been expediated by PayPal's decision to cancel our account and refuse to do business with us on the basis that they do not like our busiess activities. PayPal provided us with zero notice of cancellation and we are sorry for any inconvenience incurred a result of this, we were planning for a more seemless migration however, PayPal decided otherwise.
Our new subscription system is now up and running, which is already proving to be more stable and reliable than PayPal. The new system also includes a portal, so you can manage you subscription yourself as and when required.
